There are two domestic acarriers -Korean Air (taehan hangkong) and Asiana Airlines(ashana hangkong).There is no flight service of Andong.Although there is no airport in Andong, there is one at nearby Yechon. By bus between the airport and Andong takes nearly an hour and costs W2200. By  taxi it's a 40 minute trip and costs around W18,000  For domestic airline passengers, the airport   tax is 3,000won.The shortest airport is Pohang of Taegu. From there bus service is possible. Flight time to any of these destinations is approximately one hour. Reservations and ticketing can be done by calling a travel agent or the airline office. The airlines offer a 10% discount to students; children under two years old travel free; and those between two and 13 years old travel at 50% of the adult fare. There is no financial penalty for cancellation if you do so at least three hours before departure time.
